Congregational Update: 10/20/2023

Dear Church Family,

This Sunday, October 22nd, 

• we'll worship at 9am, 
• followed at 10am by Coffee Hour (with cake for Roger's birthday), 10am Sunday School, and Choir. 
• Please join us and invite others!

Wednesday, October 25th, 

• 5:30 Supper, 
• 6-7pm Youth Program for kids k-12; 
• Confirmation will be from 6-7pm. 
• 9th Graders stay until 8:30pm

Thursday, October 26th 

• 8am Bible Study 
• 8:30am Quilters 

NEW MEMBER CLASSES WILL START SUNDAY NOVEMBER 5 after worship. Please invite people to be a part of our church family.  Office@flcamery.org

Mary Chelberg-Polfus has a walker to give away to anyone who needs.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! 
Rod Everson is looking for volunteers to help at a WORK DAY at Trinity First Lutheran School in the Twin Cities on Saturday, October 28th, leaving from church at 8am, returning at 4pm. Please talk to Rod if you are interested!

RED CROSS BLOOD DRIVE: Tuesday, October 31st, 10am-4pm at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Call 1-800-RED-CROSS (1-800-733-2767) or visit RedCrossBlood.org and enter Amery to schedule an appointment.  

Are you interested in providing foster care for children in our county? The need is urgent! ATTENTION LEFSE MAKERS! Lake Wapo Bible Camp is looking for volunteers to make lefse for their Dinner Theater. If you are interested and can help, please call Kathy Christenson at 715-554-3655. They will need lots of lefse for all the performances!

SALVATION ARMY RED KETTLE BELL RINGING!!  Ringers are desperately needed! Register now to ring bells for the Salvation Army from November 16th-December 23rd. Go to Register to Ring or call Patty Gallaty at 715-554-4928. There is a special need for ringers the week of Thanksgiving.
