Congregational Update: 3/15/2024

SUNDAY MARCH 17 

• 9am Worship  
• 10am Coffee & Treats, Choir 
• NO Sunday School
• 10am FIRST COMMUNION INSTRUCTION FOR ANY INTERESTED YOUTH. A PARENT should attend.

Tuesday 

• 9am-Noon Ironing Day for Little Dresses for Africa

Wednesday 

• 5:30 Supper (Ruth Circle serves) & BINGO or BIBLE STUDY (in north classroom) 
• 6:30 pm WORSHIP 

Thursday 

• 8am Bible Study 
• 8:30am Quilters 
• 9:30am Ruth Circle

In March:  Work Group One serves coffee and treats; Ruth Circle serves on the third Sunday.
Larry & Julie Riemenschneider will provide Communion Bread. Mary Lou Wold lectors.
Scott Sjogren will usher.

INDIANHEAD CHORUS invites ALL men and women to join them in singing for the Gospel Festival on Sunday, April 14th, at the Luck Lutheran Church. Rehearsals start Monday, March 4th, at 7pm at the Courthouse in Balsam Lake. You will be able to use music in the performance. If you have any questions, talk to Jon Buss.

FIRST LUTHERAN KIDS- SIGN UP FOR LUTHER POINT BIBLE CAMP. 
First Lutheran's Men in Mission will pay for it. Call or email the office for more information.

Leave Friday, July 5. Home Friday, July 12.
Fellowship with God and each other in the beauty of God's mountains. Camp, Rock Climb, White-water raft.
Cost $400- financial help always available.

NORTHWOODS HOMELESS SHELTER is in need of laundry detergent again! Please consider donating some to them. Bring them to the office and we'll see that they get where they're needed! THANK YOU!

The WANDEROOS LIONS CLUB has placed a container in the narthex to recycle eyeglasses and hearing aids.
